Tsukiji
Tsukiji Fish Market is the largest fish market in the world. Located in Tokyo, Japan, I worked closely with architects to photograph, interview workers and understand how the market functions. The project is meant to record the current fish market as it was under consideration for renovation and relocation in the summer of 2010. The publication is on hold until all interviews have been properly translated from Japanese to English.
